"Live, Eat and Love with Flavor"
... that's pretty much been my mantra these days. In a world that can at times seem full of ugliness and negativity, my focus has always been to try living my most authentic, positive life through all the chaos. Do I always succeed? Not quite. Sometimes I'm a crying, emotional mess and drown my sorrows in a bowl of carbs. But most times I find joy in discovering the silver lining in whatever comes my way, good or bad. Life is about the journey, after all.
For me, that means embracing the human experience and being mindful of the details. It's about speaking your mind and baring your soul even when you think no one cares. It's about the way the fuzz on peaches tickle your tongue when you eat them. It's about loving openly, and how that can sometimes feel like you're jumping into a volcano without a jet pack.
My website is my space to channel the things that feed my soul - living authentically through adventure, delicious food, and love. Thank you for joining me for the ride.
